Please familiarise yourself with individually listed terms in the description of each product in our store. By completing your purchase you have agreed that you have read the terms and conditions listed here.
PAYMENTPayment is made through PayPal or credit card. As you check out, you will be taken to a new page where you can either use your PayPal account or as a guest using your credit card to pay for your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you nominate after your payment has been processed and your order has been received.
SHIPPINGHowe and Zo only ships/delivers products using a signature on delivery method. Due to the size and value of most of the items sold, authority to leave options are NOT recommended. Howe and Zo will not be liable to you for any loss or damage or if the product is not delivered within the estimated time frames. If your package has clearly been damaged in transit please contact the shipping company ASAP and submit a claim. We also ask that you take photos and forward them to Howe and Zo at firstname.lastname@example.org Due to the large and heavy nature of some of our products please ensure you are careful in the handling of your package.
REFUND POLICYHowe and Zo. takes great pride in its handcrafted products that take numerous hours and hard work to complete. We do not provide a refund for simple change of mind so please choose carefully. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Please Note: All Items must be in new & unused condition.
- In the unfortunate instance you are returning an item due to a manufacturing fault we ask that you firstly email firstname.lastname@example.org
- If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Howe and Zo reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged.
- Howe and Zo will not be responsible for the payment of any return shipping costs
